Always easy to contact and Always fix my problem within minutes that's if I even have a problem which has been probably twice since I've had the wifi...Telkom should take some notes from Afrihost

Afrihost rocks, their customer service is of the highest standard I've ever experienced. They respond on both whatsapp and email and their assistants are well read, understand you and are very clear to sort your questions out fast and brilliantly!

Really impressed by Afrihost's post-sale service. Their support teams are quick to respond and are knowledgeable. It seems like they've got a 24/7 support team as I've requested assistance late at night and got feedback within a few hours.
